City Cast Heyday Festival

Conceived, launched, and produced City Cast's inaugural flagship festival, creating a first-of-its-kind live experience that brought together local culture, community storytelling, entertainment, and brand engagement. Led the end-to-end development of the event—from concept creation and brand identity through production, marketing, sponsorships, and onsite execution—transforming the vision into a sold-out community event that earned coverage in the Denver Gazette.

Responsibilities included event strategy, creative direction, brand identity development, sponsorship acquisition and activation, scenic and stage design, AV and lighting production, cultural programming, content curation, website design and development, merchandise design, entertainment booking, venue sourcing, food and beverage planning, vendor negotiations, marketing and social campaigns, ticketing strategy, attendee experience design, logistics, and onsite operations management.
